Solang Valley to the first camp | Meet the team, complete a safety briefing and begin the walk from the Solang side. Follow the valley towards the first campsite and rest early.

Beas Kund is one of the most accessible multi-day treks near Manali. Starting around Solang Valley, the route follows the upper Beas landscape through grazing grounds and rocky alpine terrain towards the river’s source area. It suits active beginners who can walk for several hours and are comfortable with basic camping. Snow, stream crossings and the exact campsite locations change with the season, so the final plan should always follow current local conditions.

Beas Kund excursion | Trek towards Beas Kund through meadow and rocky terrain. Explore the source area only as far as conditions safely allow, then return to camp.
Descend to Solang Valley | Walk back to the roadhead after breakfast and continue to Manali. The finish time can vary with trail and traffic conditions.
Expect simple mountain accommodation or camping and practical trek meals. Exact arrangements depend on the season, route permissions and final quotation.
Road transfers are confirmed separately. Trailheads and pickup points may change when roads, local rules or weather affect access.
It is generally considered easy to moderate, but altitude, snow and uneven terrain still require reasonable fitness.
