Everything You Need to Know

Kamrunag is a compact but steadily uphill pilgrimage hike. Himachal Tourism records a five-kilometre walking route from Rohanda because the lake and temple can only be reached on foot. The destination is sacred, and offerings are part of a living local tradition; visitors should not enter the water, disturb offerings or treat the site as a picnic ground. The trail is manageable for active beginners in dry conditions, yet its elevation, forest weather and limited facilities call for warm layers, water and an early start.

  • Reach the sacred Kamrunag lake and wooden temple
